TOUR ITINERARY

Day 1: Arrive Delhi

On arrival at Delhi you will be met by our representative and transfer to hotel. (Hotel Check-in time is 1400hrs).

Day 02: Delhi – Samode - 265 km (Approx 5 ½ Hour’s drive from Delhi)

After breakfast at hotel, proceed for the guided city tour of Old Delhi including visits to Jama Mosque (the largest mosque in India) including cycle-rickshaw ride at Chandni Chowk (the walled city), Drive by Red Fort (once the most opulent Fort and Palace of the Mughal Empire) and Raj Ghat - the cremation site of Mahatma Gandhi – Father of the Nation. Later, depart by road to Samode. On arrival, transfer to hotel.

Day 03: Samode - Jaipur ( 55 km Approx 01 Hour Drive )

After breakfast explore the village of Samode. Samode is situated in the royal Indian state of Rajasthan around 42 km from capital city Jaipur. This small village is famous for its haveli and fort. Samode was one of the princely places of Jaipur. It was built in the 19th century. The highlighting of the building is the exquisite Diwan-i-khas covered with original paintings and mirror work. Checkout by 1200 Hrs and depart by road to Jaipur.

Day 4: Jaipur

After breakfast you will do the sightseeing of Jaipur. Jaipur popularly known as Pink City, colourful capital of Rajasthan. With its rich & colourful past, resplendent with tales of valour & bravery, it is now one of the most important heritage cities in India. The city was founded in the year 1728 by Maharaja Sawai Jai Singh II, the ruler of Amber. You visit the Amber Fort built on a rock. You access to an elephant / jeep ride. The palace is exquisitely decorated with beautiful pillars with capitals, frescoes, trompe l'oeil, the Sheesh Mahal (Palace of Mirrors), inlaid miniscule mirrors. In the afternoon city tour of Jaipur, "Pink City" Astronomical Observatory XVIII century Hawa Mahal (Palace of Winds), "City Palace" and the museum. Return to the hotel.

Day 5: Jaipur - Shekawati (170 km / Approx 3 ½ Hours drive )

After breakfast early morning departure by road to Nawalgarh, small feudal principality in the picturesque region Shekawati, known as "The Gallery open." Shekhawati located in the north-eastern Rajasthan on the ancient spice route, is a treasure in the open air. The architecture between the 18th and 20th century is to show the richness galore merchants (Marwari) in the region, helping to create one of the cradles of the current millionaires in India. The many mansions "Havelis" are beautifully decorated with paintings with floral motifs, mythological scenes and contemporary life on the walls or ceilings. Arrival at the hotel. Afternoon visit Mandawa and Nawalgarh, the walls of houses (havelis) are beautifully painted in fresco.

Day 6: Shekhawati - Bikaner ( 200 Kms / Approx 3 ½ Hours drive )

After breakfast leave for Bikaner. The city is dotted with scores of sand dunes. More readily called the camel country, the city is distinguished for the best riding camels in the world and hence boasts of having one of the largest Camel breeding farm in the world. On arrival transfer to hotel. Later proceed for guided tour visiting Junagarh Fort, Ganga Singh Museum and The Camel Breeding Farm.

Day 07: Bikaner – Jaisalmer ( Approx 335 Kms/ 07 Hours Drive )

After breakfast leave for Jaisalmer. “The Golden City” was the part of the famous Silk Route during the days of yore. The splendid Jaisalmer Fort stands proudly on its land and narrates the stories of the valour and chivalry of the Rajput rulers. Jaisalmer still retains its medieval charm, which is evident in its colourful narrow streets, splendid forts and palaces of Rajasthan, opulent havelies and bazaars.
On arrival transfer to hotel. Rest of the day free for relax or explore local market. Overnight at hotel.

Day 08: Jaisalmer

After breakfast, proceed for guided city tour visiting massive Havelies and Jain Temple located within the Fort area. Afternoon excursion to Sam & Dunes & enjoy sun-set with ride on Camel back.

Day 09: Jaisalmer - Jodhpur ( 280 kms – Approx 5 Hours Drive )

After breakfast early morning departure by road to Jodhpur. On arrival at the hotel. Then city tour of Jodhpur, whose remarkable fortress was built in 1459 by Prince Jodha. Then visit Jaswant Thada , the elegant marble cenotaph of Maharaja Jaswant Singh II. His son Maharaja Sardar Singh built this monument known as the Taj Mahal of Marwar in the memory of Maharaja Jaswant Singh II of Jodhpur. The main memorial has been built like a temple carved marble closely. Then a walk in the bazaar, a place where exercise quantity of artisans and merchants of all kinds, from pulling teeth UNTIL manufacturer mirrors combs through the butcher

Day 10: Jodhpur - Ranakpur - Udaipur ( 274 Kms – Approx 6 Hours Drive )

After breakfast departure by road to Udaipur visiting massive Meharangarh Fort Royal Cenotaphs). Later leave for Udaipur enroute visiting Ranakpur Temples, renowned for some marvellous carve temples in Amber stone. Continue the drive towards Udaipur - known as the Venice of the East. It is also called the “City of Lakes”. On arrival, transfer to hotel.

Day 11: Udaipur

After breakfast city tour of Udaipur, which remains one of the most pleasant cities in India. City tour: The Maharaja's Palace, a maze of courts and pavilions which house an interesting collection of art objects, Gangapur Ghat and Jagdish Temple. In the afternoon a boat ride on Lake Pichola proves unforgettable. It offers stunning views of the City Palace became gilded by the rays of the sun also enjoy floating palaces, Jag Niwas and Lake Palace hotel now Jag Mandir. Return to the hotel.

Day 12: Udaipur - Mumbai Departure

After breakfast transfer to the airport and fly to Mumbai and connect your onward return flight from Mumbai International terminal.
